Dressings are the Soul of any salad.

Here a prepared 2 that a shared with friends that asked. You can avoid oil by substituting it with water, coconut milk, or anything that suits you. The sky is the limit. Be creative and play around.
To prepare the dressing and get the colors, just use the same ingredients for both. use Spirulina or Turmeric for color and flavor

Spirulina salad Dressing / Turmeric

1tbsp Spirilina / Turmeric
8 ounces cold pressed extra virgin Olive oil
4 ounces fresh lemon juice
1tablespoon miso paste
1teaspoon stone ground mustard
1 clove garlic
1teaspoon agave nectar
1dadh cayenne pepper
1 green onion

Blend well and chill until ready for use. This dressing will keep 10 days in the refrigerator
